Knomadik Horns are: De'Sean Jones (tenor saxophone/EWI), Aaron Janik (trumpet/flugelhorn/effects), and Lawrence Galloway (trombone)
The Knomadik Horns are a Detroit-based horn section comprised of Aaron Janik (trumpet), De'Sean Jones (saxophone), and Lawrence Galloway (trombone). The three met at Oberlin Conservatory of Music and developed a quick connection and musical kinship. Since then they have been fortunate to share the stage with some of musics greats, including Faith Evans, Gino Vanelli, The Clark Sisters, Kierra Sheard, J Drew Sheard, and countless others. They appear regularly on hip hop, R&B, and gospel albums of artists around the country, and were most recently featured on Kierra Sheard's LED EP, which rose to #1 on the Billboard Gospel Charts.
